Excellent service from Alex at Crown , not only helped me look at rings but was able to organise a diamond and claw replacement in one of my own Linneys ring . He was knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the build process . 10/10

It was love at first sight when I saw my Linney’s pearl ring… the most beautiful pearl ring I’ve ever seen! Alex at the Crown was very helpful and got the ring from the external display case for me, when I tried it on the ring was a perfect fit! Thanks for the lovely customer service Alex.
