A really big thank you to Rhianna, for my beautiful engagement ring! My now Fiance said you made everything easy and guided him through the process to make it as stress free as possible in what can be an overwhelming situation. Considering I don't wear rings or much jewelry at all you both captured me and my style so well. The ring is everything I could have ever asked for or imagined. I was so sad when I had to part with it for resizing, especially being all the way in Canberra. Thank you for also looking after the resizing so quickly and keeping me up to date on the post. Overall was an amazing experience with Nina's and Rhianna thank you for helping Chris design something I have already grown such an attachment to. We will definitely be back for my wedding band. Emma was our sales assistant at the Dunsborough store and she was amazing . Very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to . Emma in Dunsborough made finding an eternity ring for my wife incredibly easy. We tried several dozen and ended up with the ring she had suggested first. They resized it while we were on holiday and we couldn't be happier. Emma was friendly helpful professional and thorough and we would reccomend her and Nina's to anyone looking for an individualised piece or any jewellery advice.

When I decided to propose to my girlfriend I was confronted with the previously unknown world of diamonds. I emailed some jewellers with an enquiry. The email I received from Heather at Nina's really stood out - she was not giving me the hard sell but asked me what I had in mind, and what she could do for me within my budget. She was very patient in forwarding a number of designs for me to consider, and was flexible enough to make little alterations to them to best meet what I thought my fiancee would like.She then kept me well informed as the design went off to be made, and everything was done on time and as described.Importantly, my fiancee really loves the ring and it looks so stunning. The people at Nina's, especially Heather, seemed over the moon for us, and are making some minor size alterations for free.I could not recommend Nina's enough to anyone thinking of getting engaged. You get a unique and beautiful ring entirely to your own specifications, and a service that is human and outstanding.

From first contact, until the arrival of my enhanced wedding ring, which by the way was stunningly boxed & presented with each layer the excitement was intensified.The experience has been outstanding. Rhianna was with me every step of the way, from choosing the colour of diamonds, to careful consideration of what setting would be best. Nothing was too much trouble, and through our emails I feel she gained an insight into what would be just right for me.I live in Tasmania & Nina's is in W.A. Rhianna made everything so easy, my ring was sent over to W.A. Their master jewellers worked to set the 10 orange & green diamonds into the band to give new life to a wedding band, that was first placed on my hand nearly 30 years ago. The stones glow with the colours of the Kimberley, making this simple ring into something very special. Thank you so much !
